One screen for the whole building: which zones are moving, which are stuck, who is working where, and how long is left before doors. Add a task to a zone mid-setup and it is on that zone’s phones before you close the dialog.
A helper who hits a problem raises it from the task they are on, with a note and a photo. It lands on the coordinator’s board at once; someone takes ownership, fixes it, and writes down what was done.
Open requests hold readiness back, so nothing is signed off over a problem nobody closed.
Confirming a run closes it out: every zone, task, gear item and request checked, with a verdict the coordinator signs their name to.

ReadyFactor is invite-only during the pilot. Ask for an invite on this site; we read every request and reply with account instructions once it is approved.
A coordinator account, the names of your zones, and the tasks each zone needs done. A new run starts from a practical template you edit in a few minutes — and once you have run once, you can duplicate that run for next time.
The pilot is free of charge. There is no pricing today; when there is, pilot teams will hear about it first and nothing changes without notice.
No. A helper scans the run's QR code and works from their phone's browser — no app store, no password, no personal account. Coordinators are the only people who sign in.
Every QR poster has an eight-character join code printed underneath it. Typing that code into the join page gets a helper to the same zone as scanning would.
The run keeps recording on the device and syncs when the connection returns. What a helper checks off is saved on their phone, so it survives closing the app — and on the rare occasion the phone cannot save it, the app says so rather than pretending.
Only if the coordinator allows it for that run. With zone switching on, a helper picks a new active zone themselves; with it off, the coordinator moves people from the board.

Yes. From the zone board, a coordinator adds a task to any active zone while setup is live. It appears on helpers’ lists right away, counts toward readiness if it is required, and the report marks it as added during setup.
Four checks have to pass: every required task finished, every required piece of gear at its zone, every help request resolved, and every required zone signed off by its lead. Then a coordinator confirms the whole space. The report shows each check and its result.
A clear verdict, what is still open and who owns it, what changed from the plan, and the line-by-line record of what was done, when, and by whom, zone by zone — with a signature block for the venue or client.
Yes. Create a private, view-only link. It stops working after 14 days, you can switch it off at any time, and it shows the reader nothing else. You can also print it or save it as a PDF.
Reopening the space withdraws the sign-off and the report says so, naming who reopened it and when. Every time a run is signed off, a copy of the report is saved as it read at that moment, so the history is never overwritten.
