Give the office admin two-step sign-in and single sign-on through Google or Microsoft, and give everyone else only the role their Sunday needs — Owner, Administrator, Coordinator, Zone lead, or Viewer.

Common questions
Do our volunteers need to download anything?
No. A volunteer scans the QR poster, types a first name, and is on their zone’s list in seconds — no app store, no password, no account. Only coordinators sign in.
What if a volunteer’s phone won’t scan the code?
Every QR poster has an eight-character join code printed underneath it. Typing that code gets a volunteer to the same zone list as scanning would.
Can we reuse the same setup every Sunday?
Yes. Save a run as a template and repeat it week to week, editing zones or tasks before each service instead of rebuilding the plan from nothing.
