Coordinators: this page is written for your team. It’s the one to forward.

Opening the link

Tap it. It opens in your phone’s browser — there’s no app, no password, and no sign-up.

You’ll be asked what the team should call you. A first name is fine. This is what your coordinator sees next to the work you finish, so use whatever they’d recognise.

Then you pick where you’re starting — which part of the space you’ll be working in. If you don’t know, pick the one that sounds closest. It can be changed.

That’s it. You’re in.

Joining shares your display name and your progress on the work. Nothing else.

Your work

You get one screen: the work in your area, in the order it makes sense to do it.

Tap a task and you get its steps, one per line, and roughly how long it should take. Do it, then mark it done.

Some work is marked needed before ready time. That’s the work that actually has to happen — if you’re choosing what to do next, choose that.

Some work will show as waiting. That means it depends on something else finishing first; it’ll become available on its own. You don’t need to watch for it.

When you’re stuck

Say so in the app rather than going to find someone. It reaches your coordinator immediately, with your name and your area, and it’s faster than walking the building.

Pick the kind:

• Missing gear — something that should be here isn’t
• Need another person — it’s a two-person job
• Instructions are unclear — the steps don’t match what you’re looking at
• Safety concern — anything that could hurt someone
• Something else

Add a sentence. A photo if it helps.

Then carry on with something else if you can. Your request doesn’t disappear — the space can’t be called ready until somebody has dealt with it, which is exactly the point.

If the signal drops

It keeps working. Storage rooms and back corridors are where phone signal goes to die, and the app is built for it.

Anything you do while offline is held on your phone and marked unsent, then sent when the signal comes back. You don’t need to remember what you did or redo anything.

Unsent work is saved on the phone itself, so closing the browser is normally fine — it’s still there when you come back. The one exception is if the app tells you it couldn’t save an update on this device; then stay on the page until you have signal. More on working offline.

Changing where you’re working

If your coordinator turned it on, you can change your area — new work then comes from the area you pick. Anything you already finished stays counted to you.

Two things have to be settled first: finish whatever you’ve currently started, and get your open help request resolved. Both are there so work doesn’t get stranded half-done in an area you’ve left.

If the option isn’t there, your coordinator hasn’t switched it on for this run. Ask them.

What you’ve done

There’s a Done tab with everything you’ve finished on this run, grouped by area — including work from an area you’ve since left.

When it’s over

When the space is confirmed ready, you’ll see it. That’s the end of it: no sign-out, nothing to close, nothing that keeps running on your phone afterwards.

If you want to leave before then, you can — there’s an option to leave the run, and it ends this device’s access.
